These are organic aromatic compounds containing a monocyclic benzene moiety carrying exactly two methoxy groups. Bevantolol is a drug which is used for the treatment of angina pectoris and hypertension. In humans, bevantolol is involved in the bevantolol action pathway. Bevantolol is a primary metabolite. Primary metabolites are metabolically or physiologically essential metabolites. They are directly involved in an organism’s growth, development or reproduction. Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on Bevantolol.
